Mizone Sport joins forces with Ellyse Perry, Teigan Nash, Liv Phyland & Dan Adair!
“What I love about sport is the continued challenge about it – you’re never as good as you can be. And that is what really motivates me and excites me about playing”
Ellyse Perry holds the rare distinction of being a dual international, representing Australia in cricket and football (soccer).
Ellyse made her international debut for the Australian women’s cricket team, the Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars, in a One-Day International match in 2007 at the age of 16 years and 261 days. Two weeks later, she made her debut for the Australian women’s football team (the Matildas) in an Olympic Games qualifier against Hong Kong. Then, at the age of 17 years and 104 days, Ellyse made her Test cricket debut against England in a one-off Ashes Test, becoming the youngest ever Test cricketer, male or female.
During her career, Ellyse has had the opportunity to play with and against some of the world’s best female athletes. Among her favourite highlights are taking on Brazil and the United States, two superpowers in women’s soccer, and bowling for the Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars against New Zealand to win the 2010 ICC T20 World Cup and awarded player of the match in the final of the 2012 ICC T20 World in India.
Then there was the sensational left foot goal she scored against Sweden in the quarter-final of the 2011 World Cup – considered by many as the best goal ever by an Australian, male or female, in World Cup history. She has now earned 16 International cups for the Matildas.
In the 2017 Women’s Ashes Test, Ellyse scored 213 not out, the highest score ever by an Australian.
Off the field, Ellyse can be found attending to her role as one of Cricket Australia’s National Female Cricket ambassadors and undertake philanthropic work with the LBW Trust and McGrath Foundation. In addition to all of this, she is also studying for a Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences at Sydney University.
With a passion for continuing representing Australia in both sports, Ellyse intends to keep hitting sixes, taking wickets and scoring goals for as long as she can. With her positive attitude and determination, destined to become one of Australia’s leading female athletes – if she isn’t already!

Together they run “Girls Who Glow” workshops, designed to help people find their inner glow, and consequently, help them on their journey to becoming the best, healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
Liv has the energy to burn, whether she’s surfing, singing, or dancing like nobody is watching. She’s a fresh, healthy face with a cheeky sense of humour and her genuine lust for life is addictive.
Liv recently completed her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Nutrition and is a certified health coach. She utilises her knowledge and passion for health and well being by hosting seminars (see livandteigs.com.au) and writing columns that benefit female teens.

In her free time, you will find Liv singing in a band, on a surfing road-trip or practising the guitar. She is very outgoing, full of life and natural beauty.
Teigan Nash could be considered a bit of a slashie; she is a TV Presenter, Ambassador for Australia, MC, producer, writer and a bit an adventurer. She grew up in Sydney’s South in Cronulla; you could call her a bit of a water baby!
Teigan was a dancer from a young age and throughout her schooling life. She was on a performing arts scholarship at McDonald College for years 11 and 12 and straight out of school landed a job as a performer at Hong Kong Disneyland.
During her time on Disney, Teigan would receive messages from teenage girls about some of the problems they had been facing. So with the help of her friend Liv they came up with events called Girls Who Glow, to help empower the youths of today to live their best, healthiest and happiest lives. They cover all of the hard-hitting topics that teens are dealing with from Mental Health to Social Media and so much more.
